me and my friend wanna clean pools over the summer as our own boss we have a truck and wanna split it all 50 50 but i dont no fully what we need anyone in pool cleaning business could you give me some pointers?
i figure we need, nets, testing equipment, additives and chemicals access to filters anything else??? what should we bid? what do ppl usually bid for a job ?

    You mentioned everything you need except liability insurance incase anything goes wrong.
    Call around and find out what others in your area are charging, then underbid them by 10%

    i own a pool company and first of all is you need experience and to get that you need to go to work for a established pool company.then once you get at least a couple of years under your belt you can do the other

    If you need to ask this, you’re not ready. Go get some experience with an established company and then go out on your own after you know what you’re doing. How would you like to hire someone who doesn’t even know what equipment they need to do the job?

    Just having the equipment you think you need doesn’t make you a professional. There’s much more to it. After you test the water what do you do with the results? Ph too high, too low, chlorine insufficient, green tint to the water, etc.
