How do you calibrate the voltmeter on a miller millermatic 251 welding machine. It is wired straight into the PC board and I do not see anywhere to adjust it. The machine is reading 33.5 volts and my calibrated fluke meter is reading 20 volts.

When people are cutting trees down or cutting firewood they never wear any safety gear?

I would think people would wear the following; helmet, chainsaw gloves, chainsaw pants, chaps and chainsaw shirts… I currently use a Stihl 066, Stihl 361 Quickstop and a Jonsered 450. I know how to use a chainsaw. However, you see all types of people not wear protective clothing (Professional & Homeowners.) What are some of the reasons?

So I have over 30 grand in Snap On hand tools, most of which weren’t bought from the Snap On dealer. The only time I met the Snap On guy was for an insurance claim. So over the years I have broke some tools and bought some broken tools at garage sales. I’ve meant to get with the Snap On guy to get them replaced, but will he actually replace them? What requirements must the tool meet to be replaced…how broken is broken? I’ve gotten tools replaced from Craftsman without a hassle, but I’ve heard that the Snap On dealers don’t like to deal with “non-frequent buying” customers. Should I be worried to contact the Snap On guy or will he be happy to help me?

He mentioned a tool kit/box but I don’t know what a nice one would be? Is this a weird gift from a girlfriend?

I’m putting a bass box “Sub-Woofer Enclosure” together for a buddy and need to know how they will do. Not looking for the most professional tools out there but need something that will get the job done and at an affordable price. Money is not a key factor in the grand scheme of things and if i have to spend more i will. How ever if these will complete this particular job then they are all i need. $50 at lowes will get me a closeout sale of a belt sander, a jis-saw and a corded-power drill. If this is a good deal or a bad one, please let me know.
